Salary: $16.55 to $16.71 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 to 50 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Evening, Weekend, Morning
Type of crops: Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Vegetables, and Greenhouse vegetables

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be able to work in hot environments and in cold or refrigerated environments

Other Requirements:

The candidates should be capable of working in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks efficiently
The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads as part of their duties and be physically fit to perform demanding tasks
The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods and able to bend, crouch, and kneel as required

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, harvest crops, and examine produce for quality and prepare it for the market
