Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language

  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately, ensuring correctness and clarity, and receive and forward telephone or electronic inquiries promptly and professionally, providing appropriate responses or routing to the relevant personnel
  • The candidates should be able to maintain and prepare reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, mailing lists, and databases efficiently, organizing data for easy access and reference, and sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents meticulously, following established procedures and guidelines
  • The candidates should be able to process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and send and receive messages promptly, conveying information accurately and effectively
  • The candidates should be able to prepare and format page presentations professionally, adhering to organizational standards and guidelines, and provide general information to clients and the public courteously and accurately, representing the organization in a positive manner

  • The candidates should be able to locate and remove files requested promptly, facilitating efficient document retrieval processes, and perform clerical duties such as maintaining filing and record systems diligently, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation
  • The candidates should be able to perform additional clerical duties as needed, including faxing, filing, and photocopying documents as required, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems accurately, ensuring accessibility and organization of data
