Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Area of specialization: Residential
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, gloves, and ear plugs

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working outdoors as required and be able to work at heights if necessary
• The candidates should also be able to work in noisy environments and be prepared to work in dusty conditions
• The candidates should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure, physically fit to handle demanding tasks and heavy loads
• The candidates should be capable of meeting tight deadlines, prepared for repetitive tasks, and demonstrate attention to detail
• The candidates should be able to discriminate between sounds as required by the job and handle weights up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)

Candidate Status:

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to load, unload, and transport construction materials and assist in demolishing buildings
• The candidates should also be able to perform routine maintenance work and read and interpret blueprints
