Supervision: 3-4 people

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.) and assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff or arrange for training, and authorize payments by cheque
The candidates should be able to order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and establish work schedules, sell merchandise, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
The candidates should be able to organize and maintain inventory, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, and manage cash, oversee payroll administration, conduct performance reviews, and supervise office and volunteer staff

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
