Salary: $22.00 to $40.00 hourly (To be negotiated) for 30 to 80 hours per week

Location: Edmonton, AB
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Shift, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Valid driver’s licence
Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer and willing to relocate, blasting, demolition, drilling, equipment operation, excavation, grading, moving cargo, and paving
Supervision: 3-4 people and 5-10 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Area of specialization: Construction and marine cargo handling company
Own tools/equipment: Hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, and steel-toed safety boots
Credentials: Personal protective equipment (PPE) training, CPR Certificate, and First Aid Certificate
Security and safety: Bondable
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in dusty environments and able to implement appropriate safety measures, work in noisy conditions, ensuring maintained focus and efficient communication
- The candidates should be capable of working in areas with odors and adapting to varying environmental challenges, additionally, they should be comfortable working outdoors and adjusting to different weather conditions
- The candidates should be prepared for overtime as required by the job, should be adept at handling tight deadlines and excel in working under pressure, and maintaining composure and productivity in challenging situations is a key skill

Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to estimate costs, requisition materials, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- The candidates should be able to prepare production reports, coordinate and schedule activities, and establish methods to meet work schedules
- The candidates should be able to read blueprints and drawings, resolve work problems, and recommend measures to improve productivity
- The candidates should be able to supervise workers and projects, train or arrange for training, and prepare other reports
