Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Work setting: Relocation costs not covered by employer, and Willing to relocate
Supervision: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, and Labourers

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of specialization: Construction
Own tools/equipment: Safety glasses/goggles, and Steel-toed safety boots
Security and safety: Basic security clearance

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be comfortable working in dusty environments and able to tolerate various odors associated with the work environment
• The candidates should be able to work effectively in noisy conditions and be willing to work outdoors as required
• The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to estimate costs and materials, prepare bids, and requisition materials and supplies
• The candidates should be able to oversee apprenticeship training, recruit and hire workers, and recommend personnel actions
• The candidates should be able to prepare production and other reports, coordinate and schedule activities, and establish methods to meet work schedules
• The candidates should be able to coordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers, supervise workers and projects, and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
