Work setting: Manufacturing and industrial plant, Factory or plant, and Sheet metal fabrication shop

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English or French Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and efficiently perform repetitive tasks
• The candidates should be physically capable of handling demanding tasks and exhibit manual dexterity in their work
• The candidates should have a strong attention to detail, possess good hand-eye coordination, and be able to stand for extended periods as necessary
• The candidates should be able to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment, check and weigh materials and products, and perform other laboring and elemental activities
• The candidates should be able to sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products, assist machine operators, assemblers, and other workers, and clean machines and immediate work areas
