Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to bag, box, or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment, or delivery, carry customers’ purchases to the parking lot, and pack orders in customers’ vehicles
- The candidates should be able to obtain articles for customers from the shelf or stockroom, and direct customers to the location of articles sought
- The candidates should be able to maintain computerized stock inventory, order stock, and record incoming stock
- The candidates should be able to stock shelves and display areas, keep stock clean and in order, and price items using stamps or stickers according to the price list
- The candidates should be able to attach protective devices to products to protect against shoplifting, fill mail or electronic orders from warehouse stock, and perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping and mopping floors
- The candidates should be able to process electronic transactions using computer equipment
