Salary: $29.00 hourly for 30 to 44 hours per week

Location: Edmonton, AB
Shifts: Day, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours
Supervision: 11 -15 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge:Â Electronic Scheduler, Dispatch Management Service Software, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
Own tools/equipment:Â Cellular phone
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and pay attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate, client-focused, possess efficient interpersonal skills, and have excellent oral and written communication
- The candidates should be flexible, take initiative, exercise good judgment, and be organized
- The candidates should be reliable, a team player, and committed to their responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to develop specific plans to prioritize, and organize tasks to accomplish the work
- The candidates should be able to plan and organize operational logistics of the organization, and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- The candidates should be able to prepare and submit reports, and ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
- The candidates should be able to arrange for maintenance and repair work, and train workers in duties and policies
- The candidates should be able to conduct performance reviews, and co-ordinate, assign and review work
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
