Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have considerable experience in the relevant field
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should possess excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel
- The candidates should demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should exhibit strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- The candidates should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The candidates should demonstrate good interpersonal skills and a customer service-oriented approach

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to administer injury claims for CNESST / Alberta, Nova Scotia, PEI, Newfoundland, and Labrador
- The candidates should be able to process payments related to CNESST
- The candidates should be able to calculate and report earnings
- The candidates should be able to manage data and reports effectively
- The candidates should be able to provide database support for injury reporting using G-SHRMIS
- The candidates should be able to prepare monthly reports
- The candidates should be able to handle general inquiries and other administrative tasks as assigned
- The candidates should be able to generate HOIR reports
- The candidates should be able to perform case management duties and provide coverage for Specialists as needed
