Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, perform repetitive tasks, and handle heavy loads
• The candidates should be able to perform physically demanding tasks, pay attention to detail, and stand for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to bend, crouch, and kneel

Other Requirements:

• The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills, judgment, and organized
• The candidate should be reliable, a team player, and have values and ethics

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to clean the crops, grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market, and clean the greenhouse
• The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, level earth to fine grade specifications, and plant, cultivate and irrigate crops
• The candidates should be able to remove manually all suckers and water sprouts, tie and secure plants, and clean work area
• The candidates should be able to fertilize and spray crops, harvest crops, and report signs of insect or disease damage
• The candidates should be able to cut horticultural crops
