Salary: $65,000 annually for 30 to 40 hours per week

Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be accustomed to a fast-paced environment
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be comfortable with a large workload
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be dedicated to client focus
- The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan and prepare work schedules, select and employ trade subcontractors, and coordinate their activities
- The candidates should be able to plan and manage budgets, recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, and develop and implement business plans
- The candidates should be able to prepare estimates and bids for home construction, renovation, and restoration projects, work with customers, architects, and engineers regarding plans and specifications, and prepare and maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors
- The candidates should be able to ensure that construction permits are obtained, develop and implement health and safety plans, and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
