Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Windows, Human resources software, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and collect and screen applicants
- The candidates should be able to advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment, review candidate inventories, and contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
- The candidates should be able to co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates, notify applicants of results of the selection process, and prepare job offers
- The candidates should be able to advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, and determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
- The candidates should be able to supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties, and recruit and hire staff
