Location: Edmonton, AB
Shifts: Evening, Weekend, Flexible Hours, To be determined, Morning
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Bachelor’s degree
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Area of work experience: Information technology (IT) service delivery, and quality assurance or control
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to work independently and be capable of handling repetitive tasks while demonstrating attention to detail
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their work and possess efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should show initiative in their work and be team players, exhibiting flexibility in their approach to tasks
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to confer with clients to identify requirements and conduct business and technical studies
- The candidates should be able to design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions and provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery
- The candidates should be able to assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle, and conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems
- The candidates should be able to resolve conflict situations and perform robotic process automation, as well as conduct usability testing and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality
- The candidates should also be able to consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests
