Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have a post-secondary degree or equivalent
Experience: Candidates should have 1-2+ years of professional sales experience in the insurance industry

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess business development and prospecting skills with a goal-oriented attitude and a strong ambition to succeed
  • The candidates should have the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • The candidates should have a Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP) or be willing to complete it before the start date
  • The candidates should have an existing network of referrals and approved centers of influence
  • The candidates should have digital literacy using a variety of systems and tools
  • The candidates should be fluent in English and another language
  • The candidates should have great communication skills
  • The candidates should preferably have industry designations such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), CLU (Chartered Life Underwriter), or CHS (Certified Health Insurance Specialist)

  • The candidates should have knowledge of customer needs, customer knowledge, and interpersonal relationship management
  • The candidates should have experience in life insurance, perseverance and follow-through, sales, and sales activities

  • The candidates should be able to contribute to and be accountable for team sales success through the achievement of their individual sales goals
  • The candidates should be able to increase their external networks by capitalizing on market opportunities and referrals from approved centers of influence
  • The candidates should be able to regularly review individual business results and adjust activities as required to meet established targets
