Job Description:

Salary: $30.00 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset

Other Requirements:

The candidates should be dependable, flexible, demonstrate initiative, and have good judgement
The candidates should be reliable and exhibit efficient interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs, contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment, and perform minor repairs on appliances
The candidates should be able to perform safety and security checks, move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies, and perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
