Salary: $20.70 to $23.25 hourly (To be negotiated) for 40 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent employment Full time
Location: Breslau, ON
Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Overtime, Early Morning, Morning
Transportation information: Own transportation

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Security and safety: Criminal record check

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to handle repetitive tasks and demonstrate manual dexterity
• The candidates should be able to exhibit hand-eye coordination and stand for extended periods
• The candidates should be able to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment
• The candidates should be able to handle heavy loads and perform physically demanding tasks
• The candidates should be able to work under pressure and handle weight of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Other Requirements:

• The candidates should have efficient interpersonal skills and be flexible
• The candidates should be reliable, be able to work as a team player, and be dependable
• The candidates should be punctual

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to demonstrate food safety/handling skills and transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials
• The candidates should be able to measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines and feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers
• The candidates should be able to remove filled containers from conveyors and manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers
• The candidates should be able to feed and unload processing machines and check products and packaging for basic quality defects
• The candidates should be able to assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties and clean machines and immediate work areas
• The candidates should be able to sort, pack, crate, and package materials and products and perform general laboring duties
• The candidates should be able to assist machine operators or assemblers in the manufacturing process
