Salary: $17.00 hourly for 35 to 40 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Early Morning, Morning

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be accurate, client-focused, and able to have excellent oral communication
  • The candidates should be reliable, a quick learner, and resourceful
  • The candidates should be a team player

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
  • If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to invoice clients, schedule and confirm appointments, and order supplies and maintain inventory
  • The candidates should be able to maintain filing system, interview patients to obtain case histories, and determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • The candidates should be able to complete insurance and other claim forms, enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review, and initiate and maintain confidential medical files and record
