Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be efficient in interpersonal skills, flexible, and a team player
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
- The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, while also conducting performance reviews
- The candidates should be able to cost products and services, organize and maintain inventory, and monitor revenues, modifying procedures and prices as needed
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, participate in marketing plans and implementation, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
- The candidates should be able to provide customer service, recruit, train, and supervise staff, and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- The candidates should be able to supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and estimate and order ingredients and supplies
