Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Computer and technology knowledge:Â Google Docs, MS Office, MS Word and MS Windows

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to supervise and train other workers, as well as record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone, relay telephone calls and messages
- The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies, maintaining inventory
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people, and direct them to contacts or service areas
- The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material, co-ordinate the flow of information, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
