Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be able to co-ordinate and plan for office services, assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and compile data, statistics, and other information
  • The candidates should be able to perform data entry, type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, answer telephone and electronic enquiries, and order office supplies while maintaining inventory
  • The candidates should be able to assemble data, prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, and ensure the smooth operation of administrative processes
