Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Project, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, spreadsheet

  • The candidates should have excellent oral and written communication skills, be organized and reliable, and possess strong time management skills

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate work to office support staff, and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • The candidates should be able to carry out administrative activities of the establishment, administer policies related to the release of records under government access and privacy legislation, and coordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies
  • The candidates should be able to assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data, prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry
  • The candidates should be able to train staff, oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, and resolve conflict situations
