Shifts: Day, Evening, Shift, Flexible Hours, Early Morning, Morning
Supervision: 3-4 people
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Security and safety: Criminal record check
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment, capable of handling heavy loads, and possess strong attention to detail
- The candidates should be able to work under pressure
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have personal suitability for the role, and exhibit efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication skills, and good judgment
- The candidates should be organized, team players, and reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions, and prepare production and other reports
- The candidates should also be able to supervise, coordinate, and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers, establish methods to meet work schedules, coordinate work activities with other work units, and requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
