Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills, guiding and motivating teams effectively

- The candidates should be able to take ownership of facility location operations, ensuring optimal performance

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to respond to preventive maintenance (PM) work orders for a wide variety of equipment and exemplify the 7-Eleven Values and Leadership Principles
- The candidates should be able to perform minor repairs to equipment, such as hoses, nozzles, fuel filters, decals, HVAC filters, and water filters, including working outside on building or roof areas
- The candidates should be able to replace ‘plug and play’ equipment and manage parts inventory for their truck and schedule and prioritize duties and work assignments on a daily basis
- The candidates should be able to complete required reports and paperwork daily to account for time and use of parts and materials
- The candidates should be able to read, interpret, and follow procedures described in service manuals per manufacturer guidelines
- The candidates should be able to complete other duties, including special projects, as assigned by management
- The candidates should be able to comply with and follow all safety regulations and protocols
- The candidates should be able to respond to after-hours calls during regular working days and work a rotational schedule covering stores on weekends and statutory holidays
