Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have an ongoing Commerce or Business degree from a recognized university
Experience: Candidates should have solid understanding of financial analysis
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should have advanced skills in MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power BI, and SAP
- The candidates should have proficiency in other business computer applications such as MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is essential
- The candidates should possess an analytical mindset and be capable of generating different financial reports, conducting trend analysis, burn-rate analysis, and forecasting in projects
- The candidates should have a self-starter with excellent attention to details as a key attribute
- The candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to work closely with the Project Operations Team to generate and review various project reports, including financial reports, purchase orders, and cost tracking
- The candidates should be able to track, review, and maintain a repository to record key milestones across multiple projects
- The candidates should be able to support a team of Project Managers in generating internal and external purchase orders and monitor the status of goods towards timely delivery
