Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining composure and productivity, and excel in meeting tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks accordingly to deliver results on time
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be organized, ensuring tasks are planned and executed efficiently, and possess strong time management skills, effectively prioritizing tasks to optimize productivity
- The candidates should demonstrate reliability in consistently meeting deadlines and fulfilling responsibilities, showcasing their commitment to delivering work on time and with accuracy
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, send invoices, maintain work records and logs, and receive and issue payments
- The candidates should be able to perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, answer telephone calls and relay messages, and arrange teleconferences, demonstrating proficiency in office management tasks
