Salary: $16.60 hourly for 18 to 24 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Shift, Morning
Work setting: Private sector, Urban area, and Relocation costs not covered by employer

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English, Mandarin, and Cantonese Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, Electronic mail, Spreadsheet, MS Word, and MS Windows
Security and safety: Criminal record check and Child Abuse Registry check

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure
  • The candidates should have attention to detail
  • The candidates should be comfortable with sitting
  • The candidates should be comfortable with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should possess efficient interpersonal skills, have excellent oral communication, and demonstrate flexibility
  • The candidates should be organized, exhibit reliability, and display maturity

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service
  • The candidates should be able to record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, and send invoices
  • The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, and perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.
  • The candidates should be able to answer telephone calls and relay messages, calculate billing charges, and provide directory assistance
