Shifts: Evening, On Call, Morning
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years
Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently, work in a fast-paced environment, and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines, handle repetitive tasks, and have attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with sitting, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and operate a switchboard or telephone system
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies, record and relay information, and send invoices
- The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs, perform clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail, and calculate billing charges
- The candidates should be able to relay service to persons with disabilities, perform data entry, and provide customer service
