Requirements:

- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to sit for extended periods

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, order office supplies, and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to maintain work records and logs, receive and issue payments, and answer telephone calls and relay messages
