Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
- The candidates should be able to sit for extended periods
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, provide basic information to clients and the public, and order office supplies
- The candidates should be able to schedule and confirm appointments, maintain work records and logs, and receive and issue payments
- The candidates should be able to answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
