Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to perform repetitive tasks and demonstrate attention to detail
- The candidates should be comfortable with sitting
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should exhibit excellent oral communication skills and demonstrate excellent written communication skills
- The candidates should demonstrate flexibility, be organized, and be reliable
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to greet people warmly and direct them to contacts or service areas courteously, and operate a switchboard or telephone system proficiently, handling incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
- The candidates should be able to order office supplies accurately, ensuring adequate stock levels for smooth operations, and schedule and confirm appointments promptly, coordinating with clients or colleagues as needed
- The candidates should be able to send invoices to clients or customers accurately and in a timely manner, and perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, ensuring that documents and correspondence are organized and handled appropriately
- The candidates should be able to answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages promptly, providing accurate information and assistance as required
