Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of Undergraduate degree in business or marketing
Experience: Candidates should have 5 years field experience in the Petroleum or retail industry and managing multiple locations

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to provide leadership and consultative support for a territory of Retailers, optimizing site financial performance in gasoline and ancillary businesses, including gasoline volume and margins, convenience store sales and margin, and car wash revenues. Collaborate with a home office team to manage programs and resources effectively to support Retailers
  • The candidates should be able to recruit, select, and manage the mobility of Retailers based on assessments of Retailers’ performance and site requirements
  • The candidates should be able to coach and share best practices on maximizing sales, enhancing customer service, managing costs, and improving store merchandising
  • The candidates should be able to develop business action plans and facilitate regional Retailer meetings and seminars
  • The candidates should be able to provide input into the development and effective implementation of marketing programs and business plans by maintaining an understanding of the territory’s competitive environment and operating challenges
  • The candidates should be able to ensure petroleum Retailers’ compliance with all image, customer service, and other site operating standards
  • The candidates should be able to involves a combination of virtual and on-site work with Retailers and with travel
