Shifts: Day, Evening, 01:30 to 08:30
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
Other Requirements:
- The candidate should be able to focus on clients and demonstrate dependability
- The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication
- The candidate should be organized and reliable
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to assist health care professionals, help physical therapists, and maintain supplies
- The candidates should be able to perform general clerical duties, process files and paperwork, and schedule and confirm appointments
- The candidates should be able to manage routine office functions including reception, telephone, and booking appointments, order supplies and equipment, and organize and maintain inventory
