Requirements:

- The candidates should be able to support the development and implementation of new or modified tools, technologies, and methods within a research pipeline and apply deep subject matter expertise to support planning for research projects
- The candidates should be able to expand collaborative relationships with product or business group leaders, contributing to product or business group decisions at a strategic level by sharing input and expertise, creating a measurable impact on the business
- The candidates should be able to proactively provide mentorship and coaching to less experienced and mid-level team members by sharing expertise to build team capabilities and guide team members in their research projects and careers
- The candidates should be able to represent the company externally to grow their network, attract, and cultivate talent and desired capabilities
