Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education:Â Candidates should have completion of a Grade 12 High School Diploma
Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of two years of customer service experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to work independently as well as within a team and additional language skills, which are desirable
- The candidates should be capable of handling constant interruptions, distractions, time pressure, and concurrent demands
- The candidates should be able to interact with others sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- The candidates should have a natural ability to establish rapport with people over the telephone
- The candidates should have the ability to make a customer’s experience friendly, fun, and memorable
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be able to perform all duties under stressful conditions beyond the employee’s control
- The candidates should be Canadian citizens, Permanent Residents, or show proof of right to work in Canada
- The candidates should have previous reservations or call center experience and excellent written and oral communication skills with strong listening skills
- The candidates should possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail
- The candidates should have strong computer and keyboarding skills (MS Word, Excel ETARs experience
- The candidates should demonstrate proven problem-solving skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- The candidates should possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently under demanding time constraints and demonstrate a passion for providing outstanding customer service
