Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 2 years

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, participating in marketing plans and implementation
The candidates should be able to set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, and address customers’ complaints or concerns
The candidates should be able to recruit, train, and supervise staff
