- The candidates should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and travel to retailers daily

- The candidates should have a passion for sales and merchandising and previous selling, merchandising, or customer service experience, but those passionate about sales and willing to learn are encouraged to apply
- The candidates should possess a valid Driver’s License with a favorable driving record (a Driver’s Abstract will be requested)
- The candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact one-on-one with customers effectively
- The candidates should demonstrate a strong drive for results and a customer-focused approach and intermediate computer skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to execute sales plans by selling, merchandising, shelving, and managing distribution in an assigned territory
- The candidates should be able to optimize the in-store environment to influence consumer-purchasing behaviors and generate incremental profitable sales
- The candidates should be able to utilize professional selling skills, sales process technology, and fact-based tools to drive success
- The candidates should be able to secure new product distribution by using fact-based selling tools and market information
- The candidates should be able to sell and execute corporate promotions and customer-specific marketing programs to enhance Kraft’s in-store presence
- The candidates should be able to collaborate with management to develop and execute annual business plans, including customer assessments and retail opportunities
- The candidates should be able to provide feedback on the performance of shelving/merchandising programs and recommend corrective actions
