Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need any  degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Physical Requirements:

• The candidates should be able to work in dusty environments and in hot conditions as part of their job responsibilities, and work in noisy surroundings
• The candidates should be comfortable performing repetitive tasks with attention to detail and possess manual dexterity for precise and accurate work
• The candidates should be physically fit, capable of handling physically demanding tasks, and be able to stand for extended periods, as required by the nature of the work
• The candidates should be adaptable to a fast-paced environment, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities, and capable of handling heavy loads as part of their job responsibilities
• The candidates should be able to manage a large workload, prioritizing tasks effectively and lift weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs)

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from surfaces of metal products and immerse metal products in cleaning solutions
• The candidates should be able to assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators, or other metal workers and sort metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials
• The candidates should be able to grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools, clean machines and immediate work areas, and transport raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the plant manually or using powered equipment
• The candidates should be able to load and unload vehicles and polish metal products to a mirror finish
