Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided

Candidate Status:

• Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
• Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages, describe menu items including daily specials, and advise customers on menu selections
• The candidates should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables, take orders, and relay them to kitchen and bar staff
• The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travelers cheques, or room billings, describe and advise on wine selection, and perform sensory evaluation of wines
• The candidates should be able to order and maintain inventory of wines and wine glassware, as well as serve food and beverages
