Requirements:

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to prepare and serve specialty food at customers’ tables with care and attention to detail, describe menu items including daily specials clearly and enticingly, and advise on menu selections based on customer preferences and dietary restrictions effectively
- The candidates should be able to greet patrons warmly, present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions regarding food and beverages knowledgeably, serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, and take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and bar staff promptly and accurately
- The candidates should be able to present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, travelers cheques, or room billings accurately
