Responsibilities:

• The candidates should be able to provide oversight and decision-making support to the Production Manager and coach Production Supervisors and Team Members on delivering business results, professional development, and individual performance issues
• The candidates should be able to audit processes related to People Systems, FSQA, and Reliability predictive practices
• The candidates should be able to conduct daily team meetings to review KPIs, FS/QA, People, Reliability, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• The candidates should be able to foster and maintain a positive union and employee relations environment by treating employees with respect, providing timely feedback, and resolving grievances
• The candidates should be able to drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety (H&S) and Food Safety standards
• The candidates should be able to develop Team Members through certification training and coaching while providing clear roles and consistent support and feedback
• The candidates should be able to participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational results and efficiencies while coaching plant personnel in identifying and improving plant performance issues
• The candidates should be able to monitor production inputs and outputs to minimize product loss and optimize and execute daily and weekly production schedules effectively
