Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have completion of High School diploma
Experience: Candidates should have at least one year of retail management experience
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have the ability to multitask, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- The candidates should have the ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees
- The candidates should have a desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity
- The candidates should have the ability to oversee and implement all merchandising and marketing programs and demonstrated ability to use P&L and store reports to drive operational improvements
- The candidates should have the ability to manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and the promotion of the 7Rewards loyalty program
- The candidates should have demonstrated ability to maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with applicable laws and food safety requirements
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in stock and excellent oral and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have proficient computer knowledge, with preference for Microsoft products such as Word and Excel
- The candidates should have a GED and a valid driver’s license from the province of residence and maintain automobile liability insurance during employment
