Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to work independently and demonstrate attention to detail
  • The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be capable of meeting tight deadlines
  • The candidates should be able to work under pressure and handle heavy loads
  • The candidates should be prepared for physically demanding tasks and be experienced in performing repetitive tasks
  • The candidates should be willing to work overtime as required

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should demonstrate client focus and possess excellent oral communication skills
  • The candidates should demonstrate flexibility and be organized
  • The candidates should be a team player and accurate

Candidate Status:

  • Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
  • Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to oversee operational logistics of the organization, plan and organize work tasks, and ensure proper functioning of equipment
  • The candidates should be able to track and complete work orders, monitor movement of supplies between departments, and maintain work records and logs
  • The candidates should be able to organize warehouse and work areas, perform general office duties, and resolve work problems to improve productivity and product quality
  • The candidates should be able to co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units, conduct performance reviews, and co-ordinate, assign, and review work
  • The candidates should be able to requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, and keep track of shipments
  • The candidates should be able to process and transmit information and instructions to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment, and organize and maintain inventory
