Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 1 to less than 7 months

Physical Requirements:

The candidates should be comfortable working in dusty conditions and able to work in noisy environments

Candidate Status:

Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

The candidates should be able to prepare, measure, and mark surfaces to be covered and prepare rough plans and sketches
The candidates should be able to set tiles in place, apply pressure to affix them to the base, align and straighten tiles, and cut and fit tiles around obstacles and openings using hand and power cutting tools
The candidates should be able to remove and replace cracked or damaged tiles, supervise other workers, cut, surface, polish, and install marble and granite, mix, lay, and polish terra surfaces, and install tile strips
