Documentation knowledge: Accident or incident reports, Driver logbook, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Maintenance and repair reports, and Trip reports
Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Credentials: Air Brakes Endorsement and Driver’s License (Class 1 or A)
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should have strong attention to detail and be able to sit for extended periods as required

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to load and unload goods, operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, and oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspecting tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment
- The candidates should be able to perform emergency roadside repairs, as well as pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, overseeing all aspects of the vehicle
- The candidates should be able to perform preventive maintenance and receive and relay information to central dispatch
- The candidates should be able to record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption while tarping and ensuring the safety and security of cargo
- The candidates should be able to transport and handle dangerous goods
