Salary: $16.52 hourly for 44 hours per week

Shifts: Day, Weekend, Early Morning, Morning
Type of crops: Bell peppers, Cucumbers and Tomatoes
Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualifications
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience, training will be provided
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be adept at handling repetitive tasks efficiently
- The candidates should be physically fit for tasks that involve handling heavy loads and are physically demanding
- The candidates should be comfortable standing for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to perform bending, crouching, and kneeling as part of their duties
- The candidates should be capable of managing a large workload effectively
- The candidates should be capable of lifting weights up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be a team player, capable of collaborating effectively with others
- The candidates should be reliable in meeting commitments and deadlines
Candidate Status:
- Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
- International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to perform clipping, deleafing, and clean greenhouses
- The candidates should be able to hand harvest vegetables, perform lowering, and maintain and manage the growth of vines, vine canopy, and grapes
- The candidates should be able to perform shoot positioning, be familiar with vertical farming systems, and report signs of insect or disease damage
- The candidates should be able to clean the work area
