Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be willing to train and operate motorized and manual material handling equipment
- The candidates should be physically fit with the ability to lift 50lbs on a repetitive basis

- The candidates should have strong reading and math skills and demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
- The candidates should possess knowledge of supply chain and the flow of goods
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to meet established receiving or distribution standards of operation
- The candidates should be able to perform receiving duties including, but not limited to verifying the accuracy of warehouse deliveries, inspecting items for damage or defects, ensuring damaged products are identified and removed upon receipt, entering information using RF guns and computer systems, or completing appropriate paperwork, unloading inbound trailers, building pallets, sorting, and unpacking items, transporting, locating, and putting items in appropriate warehouse locations
- The candidates should be able to perform distribution duties including, but not limited to: filling pick order requests for warehouse items, packaging or kitting finished products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling), loading requisitioned items into outbound trailers for transport to various locations, entering information using RF guns and computer systems, or completing appropriate paperwork
- The candidates should be able to learn and utilize functions of the RF Guns and Warehouse Management Software
- The candidates should be able to maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all company policies
- The candidates should be able to maintain a flexible schedule and work in all areas of distribution
- The candidates should be able to comply with all health and safety programs, policies, and practices
- The candidates should be able to maintain quality service by following organizational standards
