Requirements:

Education: Candidates don’t need standard educational qualification such as degree, certificate or diploma
Experience: Candidates don’t need experience although having experience is an asset
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, harvest crops, and operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- The candidates should be able to examine product for quality and its readiness for the market
