Requirements:
Languages:Â Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should demonstrate the ability to multitask, exhibit excellent written communication skills, and demonstrate flexibility and organization
- The candidates should also be team players, accurate in their work, prioritize client focus, and exhibit reliability
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorization (Work Permit) to work in Canada
- If Candidates are unable to fulfill above mentioned requirements, don’t apply for the position
Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events efficiently, as well as record and prepare accurate minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth operations, including scheduling and confirming appointments promptly and accurately, and answering telephone calls and relaying messages professionally and efficiently
- The candidates should be able to respond to electronic inquiries in a timely and effective manner, compile data, statistics, and other information accurately, and order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels
- The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations efficiently, greet people warmly and direct them to contacts or service areas as needed, and set up and maintain both manual and computerized information filing systems accurately
- The candidates should also be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents accurately before distribution
