Shifts: Day, Weekend

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 to less than 3 years
Computer and technology knowledge: electronic scheduler, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and MS Outlook

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong attention to detail

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should have the ability to multitask and demonstrate strong time management skills
  • The candidates should be dedicated to client focus and be recognized for their reliability

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc., and record minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • The candidates should be able to determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer the telephone, relay calls, and messages
  • The candidates should be able to answer electronic inquiries, compile data, statistics, and other information, and order office supplies while maintaining inventory
  • The candidates should be able to arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, greet people, and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • The candidates should be able to open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail, coordinate the flow of information, and set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • The candidates should be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
